Interim Business Analyst
£320 per day – 4 days per week

We require an Interim Transformation Business Analyst o lead and be responsible for the co-design and delivery of future operating models and processes, across a broad range of service areas and workstreams to deliver the outcomes of a major transformation programme. This will involve being embedded within the operational teams, engaging and facilitating colleagues and external stakeholders to understand future requirements, and redesign delivery models and business processes in line with the objectives and principles of the transformation programme to ensure best fit for all.
You will work in partnership with colleagues, technical experts, and key stakeholders to build a trusting and collaborative working relationship able to challenge and work through complex problems and work with various teams to enable the review of services and business processes, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, considering best practice, and advising on the options available whilst applying a wide range of service redesign and business process review methodologies to ensure a consistent approach.
A graduate, you will have experience of working at a similar level in a project management or support environment. With excellent interpersonal, facilitation and ability to solve problems and ensure buy-in and commitment to new ways of working. You will need excellent analysis skills with a solid understanding of how to obtain, analyse and review data from a variety of sources and a keen eye for detail.
