Interim Principal Property Surveyor

We are looking for a RICS qualified Principal Property Surveyor on an interim basis to join a local authority. The key objectives are but not limited to;
- Pro-actively manage and undertake general asset management and valuations of the Council’s land and property holdings, including the commercial investment and corporate portfolios.
- To drive the performance of the Council’s commercial investment portfolio to maximise income, capital, redevelopment and investment opportunities.
- To ensure that the Council’s commercial investment portfolio is well managed, maintained and competitive in the market.
